Alice joined the Development office in October, 2015. Alice graduated from Harvard University with a BA in Literature. While at Harvard, she worked with international graduate students on their speaking, writing, and teaching skills. Before moving to New Haven, she was the head teacher for an after-school program in Boston. Alice has lived in East Africa, where she wrote and edited a health education manual for a hospital in Kenya, and taught secondary school Math and English in rural Tanzania. A native of New York City, Alice studied at the School of American Ballet and performed regularly in children’s roles with New York City Ballet.
