Andre Massiah

Andre Massiah is an experienced financial aid professional with an excellent command of federal regulations and institutional policy, who over the last fifteen years has shared his expertise with thousands of families at Yale University and the University of Bridgeport. With more than twelve years of teaching experience, including four years of undergraduate instruction, Andre has a passion for learning and helping others. During his early years in higher education he served as an examiner for the Caribbean Examination Council and was invited by Senior Educators to participate in “Curriculum Design and Teaching Methods,” a workshop for outstanding Caribbean teachers. Andre holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from the University of Guyana and an M.B.A. from Sacred Heart University, Fairfield, Connecticut. He is a member of Delta Mu Delta international honor society, the Connecticut Association of Professional Financial Aid Administrators and the National Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators.
